Way overpriced for what you're getting, all the buildings have roaches and there is often water issues, my apt has already flooded twice in a year. The rent is raised often with little warning and all the cabinets are falling apart. The pool is the only good thing and even there the fire pits and shower aren't ever working. Don't bother looking for anything decent here.

TLDR: If you’re desperate, this complex will do in a pinch, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The over all day to day living is fine if you don’t mind living in a place that isn’t fancy. However, the property was previously Silverado apartments and then was bought out by another person and is under new management. My impression is that they bought a money pit - rent was raised while I was there and prices are now considerably more expensive than when I lived there. For what you get, it’s not worth it. If you’re going to accept the bare minimum in your apartment, you should at least not be paying premium prices. Day to day living here is fine but the leasing office is very disorganized and unprofessional. When we arrived to move in with our UHaul full of our stuff and 2 hours left before the leasing office closed they told us that our guarantor(who lives 500 miles away) needed to sign the lease also before they could give us the keys. When we moved out we requested a move out inspection and they told us everything looked good and we wouldn't be charged more than $30 or so. They ended up charging us $165 for painting, when we questioned this they said the person who did our move out inspection shouldn't have told us that. Maintenance was always quick and took care of issues. Parking can be difficult and we often had to park one car on the street.

Love living here...neighbors robbed me and now they don't come out of their house...didn't take much but they know I know it was them...price is right. Maintenance is great.pool is nice. Bbq playground and soccer field are very nice
