Customer Reviews
Masquerading as luxury, but mediocre quality. If you're on the side facing Janus you'll never get any sleep. Rooftop view is amazing. Rooftop pool is a joke. There is another pool but it only gets sun three to four hours a day. Great location destroyed by the bar district right across the street. Until they tear down Central avenue's bar district, you'll be living in a premium apartment across the street from degenerate drunks. Also the most popular homeless park is one block away so expect tin cups to be constantly shoved in your face as you take a stroll through downtown.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The community is always clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. What really stands out, though, is the management team, especially the community manager, Scott. When a few issues came up in my apartment, Scott went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. He was always professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making things right. It’s rare to find a manager who’s so dedicated to the residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Overall, this is a fantastic place to live.
I had a scheduled tour today and it was a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. I drove out of my way, paid for parking, and arrived on time for my appointment. After checking in, there was no one at the leasing desk. I waited over an hour and was completely ghosted. No staff showed up, no communication, no explanation, nothing. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when people are making major life decisions and taking time out of their day to view your property. The lack of respect for prospective residents says a lot about how this place is managed. If this is how they treat people who are considering living here, I can only imagine what current residents deal with. Very disappointing experience.
Ascent is a superb living experience. The staff is highly professional and friendly. Ascent consistently offers a number of excellent events in-house, including a Fresh Market, where fresh fruits, vegetables, and quality meats are offered by local vendors to the residents, and at a very reasonable cost. Every aspect of Ascent living is executed with intentional excellence. It is a wonderful community and next level living. My leasing agent was Juan Munoz and is 100% why I ultimately chose Ascent, and among the innumerable reasons why it’s such a great place to live. There are a lot of living options in St. Pete, but Ascent is truly set apart.
Absolutely terrible location. If you're on the Janus side you will never get any sleep. Apart from the endless noise from concerts, you will be greeted by hooligans lingering around the bar strip directly across the street. The parking garage serves as a shortcut from the sketchy side of the city to the bar district. I literally saw females getting physically harassed in the public access to the parking garage. You'll also be treated to the mass chaos on 1st Ave directly in front of the building as several police squad cars are positioned there every weekend and arrests nightly. Stay away until the city condemns that entire Central Ave bar district as a public nuisance, which they never will. Guest parking is a joke and 75% of the time the transponder that scans your window tag doesn't wo
