ROACHES! YOUR CAR WILL BE BOOTED! I have lived here since April 2025 and have experienced many serious issues with the apartment. I would STRONGLY recommend against living here. We had a roach infestation right after moving in. I suspect that management did not spray for bugs in between tenants, and the last tenant must have been very dirty. We were experiencing several german roaches running on our counters and in the bathroom daily despite removing all food from the apartment, laying traps, spraying, etc. The infestation was not obvious on move in day but quickly became serious. Neither my roommate or I have ever experienced roaches in Colorado, and it was quite shocking. This infestation went on for about 2-3 months and only got better after 4 professional treatments which required

Let me start by saying it could do negative stars I would. Rats, Roaches, Mold, Water that come from under the floors?, Trash everywhere, Towed car even though you paid for parking(that's separate from rent), Gym is a playground for the unsupervised children. If you like all those things this might be the perfect place for you ! The corporate Wahoos that own this place just care about rent, they dont help their employees and don't care about the maintenance issues or care to resolve the issues. Residents don't care and don't throw trash INTO trash just around trash, don't pick up after their dogs and let them off leash when ever. The only thing that was nice was the creek access.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Ascent Apartment Homes. I lived there for two years, paid all my rent on time, and left the apartment spotless when I moved out. However, I still haven’t received my security deposit back. Additionally, the parking situation was really frustrating, and the leasing office manager and staff never really treated me properly whenever I approached them. This was honestly one of the most disappointing parts of my stay. I hope sharing this review helps resolve the issue and also informs others.

My experience with the management was excellent. The only reason I moved was because I was going out of state. Bike paths were leading to a few different places as well as the creek being right next to the apartment complex was quite nice to be able to sit and relax quietly. Being disabled and needing a rescue response once, it was also nice that the South Metro Fire house was not far and could respond quickly.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience concerning parking here at Ascent Apartments Homes. I recently received a dire call from a friend in crisis and needed to visit them at their apartment. They had mentioned that there had been a debacle with guest parking/guest passes and to just park next to the space they usually park in. So that I did, and while I was comforting my anxiety ridden friend in their time of need my car was towed!! Now I wonder what could have caused the institution to feel the need to cancel giving out guest passes, especially when they could be used in a positive way such as in my case. What if there was a real emergency in which family needed to visit their loved one? Should they be ready to be towed no matter what? Long story short, I am extremely frustrated with the
