Ascent Athens

Ascent Athens is such a lovely community. It’s serene, aesthetically appealing, family friendly and safe. The leasing office staff are super helpful and friendly. They are always ready to assist with issues and go above and beyond to make sure issues are addressed swiftly and properly. There are regular preventative maintenance checks done to make sure everything is in order and the maintenance team is absolutely amazing.

Pros: The office is very communicative, very helpful, and on top of things. Maintenance guys are professionals, overqualified, and kind. Rent is reasonable. The studio apartments above garages are wonderful - quiet, private, and detached from noise. Cons: Lease has 90-days move-out notice. I thought it wouldn't be a problem until life made it my problem. Some roaches, one or two, but not *that* bad because I fixed up my apt with several maintenance requests, blocking every entrance those creepers crawl into. Whoever moves in after me is blessed. I moved in to the flat barely cleaned... some guy's underwear was in my washer, some guy's socks in the dryer, some guy's leaves (??) in the dishwasher. Pins in the carpet that I stepped on and bled for... I've picked up three and I think there's

Great place to live — quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Maintenance is fast, and Julia is always friendly and professional. She made everything from move-in to day-to-day questions super easy. Highly recommend!

Everyone that works in the leasing office does a great job, including Julia, Kierra and Nathalie. Also the maintenance staff are super nice and have great response times. Living here is a breeze.
