Ascent at Walnut Creek Apartments

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I've lived in Austin since 2008 and this is, by far, the WORST experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. To make a long story short, one week before I was scheduled to move into the apartment I had been told would definitely be available for my move-in date, I was told they weren't going to be able to move me in. According to the leasing agents, the company who owns this property and one other one were flat-out refusing to pay to resurface the tub in the apartment, leaving me just one week to find another apartment and go through the rental process all over again. On top of that, they told me they were going to refund the Admin and Application Fees that I had paid three weeks prior, only for it to take them almost 30 days to get my money back

She is a wonderful manager to help me out to get my first apartment again to help me taking my family into a place where my news I'm ready to come home to my family and be close together sweet wonderful and kind she's the best. This lovely lady help me out again she's the best I hate to see her go she helped me and my wife out in my newborn baby a place to stay close to my family. Thank you I love her everything she does I will miss you so much

Revising my outlook to a four star. The removal of the portable air conditioner was done expertly. Now all that remains is for the bedroom window to be caulked. And the window was caulked nicely. Thank you !! Just re-signed the lease with my dad.

I just want to say what a great job Jessica did to help me get into my new home. She helped me in a time of a need and she went above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t ask for anyone else. I couldn’t be anymore grateful for all the work she did. She got back to me in a timely manner and actually really cared to understand. If anyone needs a praise she’s the one. Thank you Jessica!

From what I've personally gathered they do not genuinely offer the $1k rent apartments, I was bait and switched to a different apartment number than I applied for and a lease that had my rent set at $1.2k, this was done without them informing me prior to it being "...too late to switch aparments..." and when i called to inquire why they said that the apt i applied for wont be available even if i move change my move in date and thought it best to switch me to a higher rate apartment without telling me, that was after getting a quote for $1,017, read your lease every time before you sign, and personally can't reccomend this apt, their sister locations, or any apt that has an over $50 application fee
