This is my response to the email "How was my lease renewal?" On Oct. 1st, 2025. You left a voice mail saying you were changing my rental status to month to month unless I signed a renewal that day. You also stated that you sent emails of the renewal offer. I did receive several emails and multiple phone calls, but not one of them had a expiration date or that my rental status would change on that day. (10/01/25). Was that statement even legal? My current Lease was still active and the multiple renewal emails sent had a expiration date of Oct. 18, 2025. I didn't listen to the voicemail until after paying my over priced Oct rent. I definitely would've called the leasing office, . After making my Oct rent payment, with the breach of contract rate increase. I proceeded to complete my
I’ve had a great experience so far at Ascent at Papago Park. The office manager, Miss Jackson, is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly excellent at what she does—she genuinely made me feel like this was a place I wanted to live. Maintenance can be hit or miss at many properties, but the maintenance team here has been on point. Requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a big difference. Overall, a positive experience.
I recently moved out in July 2025 and wanted to share my most honest experience. This was my third apartment in Phoenix, and while I originally planned to stay for two years, I chose not to renew the lease. Visually, the complex looks great — the building design is modern and the online photos are accurate. But unfortunately, looks can be deceiving. For the rent you're paying, there are better-managed options in the area. Maintenance Team: The maintenance team was hands down the best part of living here. They were friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely cared. One team member even offered to drive 45 minutes at 1 a.m. to help fix an issue. The maintenance team and emergency team were always easy to work with for me. Management & Office Staff: Unfortunately, the office staff was the co
Ascent at Papago Park is a great place to live overall. I have been here a yer now. The location is probably the best part, you’re close to Papago Park for outdoor activities, and just minutes from Tempe, the airport, and downtown Phoenix. The apartments themselves have a modern feel with nice layouts, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and community spaces really add to the experience. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, and maintenance gets things taken care of, though sometimes it can take a follow-up. Parking can be tight at times, and noise can depend on your neighbors, but that’s pretty normal for most apartment communities. For the most part, living here has been a positive experience for me and my family. The convenience of the location, the look of the apartments, and
We stopped by Ascent at Papago today just doing some property outreach, and had a chance to chat with Priscilla, the property manager there. We’ve known her for a while, and it’s always the same, she’s just warm, welcoming, and great to talk to. It’s clear she takes pride in her community and cares about the people around her. Always a pleasure chatting with good people like Priscilla who make this industry better.
