Ascent at Northgate

Amenities offered: Mailboxes have been broken for the past 3-ish years, the on-site Laundry facilities have been inoperable since February, Pools have been closed since April. There is no expected time frames for the repairs of any of this. But don't worry, the Brand New carports are just fine! On Friday January Third the lady in the front office decided to raise her voice at me due to the fact that I kicked the rude unprofessional maintenance man that out my apartment. I kindly ask him to please keep the door locked when you leave. Being that this is a terrible neighborhood & my brother car was broken into the first week he moved in, I’d hoped he would understand. The maintenance man then threw his hand up & shooed me away. He then told the lady in the front office where she later told my brother she want send any maintenance man to his place again. (Retaliation) She completely sided with him. I believe and I hate to say this, but there both Hispanic. She didn’t care for what I had to say. Jan. 28, 2025 Woman with unleashed big dog by building 5, parking lot side. I was walking up sidewalk to bldg 3 but the dog came running towards me bites me on the butt. I started screaming for her to leash him, she just walked by and the dog came at me 2 more times with me screaming at her. She doesn't try to leash him as if she is scared of him. I believe she either lives in bldg 3 apt112 or building 5 Apt 122. Someone told me her name is Victoria or Veronica. Dog is light brown, looks part pit or boxer.

I love the improvements here. I’ve been living here since 2005 and I can’t say enough about the Staff. Erica the new Manager has been great to myself and my wife. Very welcoming here and I think the Rangers was the best idea yet!!!. Thank you Capstone.

I moved into this apartment in July, I believe it is a quality complex and unit for the price in Austin. I first moved in a experienced many issues, however since Capstone Properties took over management in late September, I can see the effort and changes they’re making to improve the property. Erica, the newest manager, has been great putting in a lot of effort in to make the changes to ensure safety and comfort of the residents.
