Ascent at Midtown Apartments

You can't use the toilets without an issue. Management refuses to fix and charges tenants. Barely fixed anything. Lots of criminals live here it's very loud and nasty tenants that live here. The property is never secured and the laundry rooms are always broken. Don't move here.

I moved in last year and I just need to let you know this is a BUYER BEWARE APARTMENTS. You get nothing from living here, they removed the washer and dryer from the units in December and still today they haven't provided any for us residents to use. Managers set in office with locked doors unless you make appointment to speak with them, there goes customer service. Also they have failed state expectations 5 in a roll so that tells you they won't take care of your needs. 0 stars 🌟

The office is never opened and never finds any one who can run this property correctly. Our gates need to be locked to keep out others who are coming on our property to sleep in our laundry room trash them out walk thru at night. Keep our apartments looking nice pay some one who cares to clean it up and make it look nicer. And we need our emergency maintenance number back up who do we call???? HIRE PEOPLE WHO CARE The only maintenance man we have doesn't know how to fix everthing.. Get people over here to fix it up !!!!!

This place does not care about the residents living here. They continue to go up on the rent but does nothing for the property. They never clean the laundry room ever it's nasty and they never work nor do they care enough to help get them fixed. We couldn't keep the homeless out of the laundry room so they slapped a lock on there but we pay 25 dollars for maintenance but they do nothing for us.please won't move here u will be very disappointed.

Since the new management on june present year, this prorperty is geting better;;;; there is not loud music on parking lots, the property manager supervise walking the property every morning, I thinh eventually everything gonna be better but we have to give time to the new management to see the results.
