Very few options and very old models

I live in Ascent at Legacy Place and generally like the community amenities, including the pool and playground. However, there’s a recurring problem at the playground slide area that needs attention. Many parents allow their children to go straight from the pool—still wet and often without towels—to the playground slides and structures. This results in the slides, steps, and surrounding areas becoming constantly soaked, slippery, and covered in dirt/sand tracked from wet feet. It makes the playground unpleasant and potentially unsafe for other kids and residents who aren’t coming from the pool. I’ve also seen adults/parents doing the same thing. This seems like a common-sense etiquette issue that could be easily addressed with: • Clear signage at the pool exit and playground entrance (e.g
