Ascent Apartments

Nice apartments but with low income comes crime. And apts cutting corners. They put the fuse box low enough for kids to get into. And they use cheap fuses (semien). So if your kid messes with the toggles your appliances won’t work. Just not a smart design. Also have a big ant problem. Ants everywhere no matter how clean your apt is. And if you live on the bottom floor just know the ppl above you have 10 ppl living in a 2 bedroom and will make noise all day all night and management does nothing about it. 5/10 stars. Just know what you’re getting with low income.

If you can afford to live anywhere else I would say do it. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. The apartments are built very cheap the rooms are tiny. You can hear everything that goes on with your neighbors there is constant fighting outside partying at all hours of the night. My car has been damaged and management states they can’t do anything. My packages have been stolen. It constantly smells like weed. They have a lot of pests but not doing nothing no matter how many times you call to let them know! I wish I could put my apartment number on here that how bad it is. I’ve asked to end my lease early because I can’t take it anymore. Why is my sink already rusty in a brand new apartment? The apartments are dirty people leaving trash everywhere the stairs have had blood on them. Go any

I’m given this apartment a 2 because of the poor management, how cheap everything is, and how annoying neighbors can be. The walls are so thin you can literally hear anything, there’s an ant problem, no noise curfew, kids can reach the fuse box or wtv which isn’t safe, and Management doesn’t care about your complaints. They say that they’ll take care of it, but never do and if someone lives above you they can be as loud as they want. Such as, playing music, partying, running around, and screaming/yelling management will do absolutely nothing about it so before you consider low in come apartments just make sure it’s for you.
