Ascension at Manistee Ranch Townhomes

We had a wonderful experience touring and working with Joanna. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. The townhouse we toured was absolutely beautiful, and the entire property is stunning. The community honestly feels like a little paradise — it’s peaceful, well kept, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. It almost felt more like a vacation resort than an apartment community. Even though we ultimately ended up going with another place that contacted us first, I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience here. Moved in to the complex when there were only two buildings up and the pool was still being built. Jessica helped us with moving in and was an amazing team member. Casino nights and community parties were fun. The up and down roller coaster of events that happened here were not always kind or pleasant, however most the time necessary. Olivia was awesome just very stern. She had her down falls, however has been directed away from the homes. Since New wave has taken over ownership, maintenance is now starting to take over the homes and maintenance all the new construction flaws. As well as Yvette is the friendliest!! It has been a peaceful experience here since we moved in. Yvette at the front office is such a pleasant lady with great customer service. Manny the maintenance guy is always prompt, helpful and respectful. The neighbors are friendly as well. I am so glad we found this rental townhome .
