They helped me and my family move from Connecticut to Myrtle beach. Always available to take my calls or emails and very prompt to handle any issues that have came up. The home we leased site unseen and let me tell you , it’ is way better than I could have imagined. If you’re looking to rent a home or you need your home rented -do not hesitate-they can handle it all for you. Michelle and Angel have been there for me through it all. Can’t thank them enough for all they do!!

We had a little place at the beach. Ascend manages the lots in Creekside Mobile Home Park. If you are looking to rent a house, condo, apartment, or lot. If you find that it is managed by Ascend Property Management~ RUN! DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM ANGEL. We rented a lot and it was not a pleasant experience. Dead trees needed to be cut and they said it was the renters responsibility? We didn't own the land and you want me to pay a tree service? I don't think so! Insurance company said just see if one falls then they will go after them. A neighbor had a large outside dog- even though it was against park rules. We were told it was Grandfathered in. It barked constantly! No matter what we questioned she had an excuse. BEWARE! Then to top it all off no short term rentals are allowed and she sets

We just moved to Myrtle Beach and are so happy we found Ascend Property. Angel and Michelle have been awesome from day one. Communication and follow through are excellent.

This company has the worst rental experience I've had in my entire life. I rented a property for 3 years. Every year there was a substantial increase in rent. I do not like how this company says one thing in person and then changes their mind behind your back. For example when we moved in the unit the previous tenant had left a microwave. We asked about it and we're told it wasn't part of the rental so we could do whatever we wanted. We replace the microwave with a much better one that we personally bought. When we moved out the company tried to charge us $100 for the microwave. During our lease the company would inspect the unit. They would come through and say how disgusting our house was and they made my wife feel horrible. We would however get contract cleaners as they asked to correc
