Asbury Plaza

This apartment complex was and still is infested with roaches. We had a fire emergency in a building and they didnt even contact tenants to say what happened or ig we were okay. Lived here over two years ago and still fighting collections that is a blatant lie. You can do everything right and return the keys and leave the apt cleaner than you came and they will try and swindle you and send you to collections and then not contact you ever again claiming you didnt return keys and then ofc you cant prove that based on physical actions and he said she said with collections. Save your credit and your money and your peace of mind and DO NOT RENT HERE. so many better apts in the area for less and cleaner too.

What is it about this property that attracts such poor property management? The location is great though. Who owns Asbury Plaza Apartments in Denver, CO? Do you know what is really happening at your property and how it’s currently being managed? I’ve never been in arrears to Asbury Plaza or had issues with my rent account ledger that wasn’t easily corrected during the many years I’ve lived at the property that is until the current property management company, Asset Living came along. Phone calls and messages left to the office often go unreturned. There’s a lot of confusion about the transitioning of my account ledger with BILT from one property management company to another.

Great customer service! Andria helped me tremendously as I am inexperienced with renting, she made it very simple and very easy to know what i was doing and how to do it. Would definitely recommend!

Asbury Plaza was so pleasant and peaceful. Great part of the neighborhood along with friendly staff to accommodate our needs. My roommate and I found a great 2 bedroom unit with ample room and parking. Cynthia was so helpful in getting us into a comfortable unit in a building conveniently located near the highway. She covered every step of the leasing process and left no hidden fees out and was thorough about the details of leasing an apartment. Overall a friendly process that I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Cynthia and Asbury Plaza for helping us on our next chapter.

I lived here for a year and it was the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. Disgusting doesn’t even cover it. Like many of the other reviews say, it is INFESTED with cockroaches. And the management doesn’t even care. They are well aware of situation and do not offer appropriate solutions. When I moved, I came from out of state. I kept in contact with management during my trip, keeping them in the loop of when I was going to arrive. When I finally got here, the apartment was still being deep cleaned, the carpets were wet. They left a check list that did not even have everything completed, including pest maintenance. We noticed the roaches immediately and they were coming from the dishwasher.
