Asberry Courts

Asberry Courts is a wonderful place to stay, I feel safe. It is a well rounded and diversed community. The staff is very professional, nice, respectful and always very attentive to any need that I have. They take pride in their complex. If you are looking for an affordable, friendly and quiet place to live, this is the place.

This was my home for more than 4 years and I liked it there. Dont know why so many negative reviews but I am happy that i chose this community. There are so many good things but i m listing a few which come to my mind right now. Pros: 1. New apartments so modern appliances 2. Small community with picnic area, kids play area 3. Trash vallet not required walkable access 4. Both managers are very friendly ladies and the maintenance staff is very prompt specially the supervisor he is one man army 5. Bus stop is just outside the community 6. Gated community 7. Security cam at main entrance 8. Rent is reasonable 9. Goodwill, downtown at walking distance 10. I have lived in this apartment for the past three years and I don’t have one compliment. The apartment was brand new when I moved in so I was in heaven. Maintenance comes if not the same day, the following business day after you put in your request. The leasing staff are nice and personable. 5 out of 5- I highly recommend!

My car got broken into while staying here and apparently they don’t have cameras around the whole complex. When the complex was notified about suspicious activity and why I wanted to terminate my lease they sent an insensitive email basically showing lack of empathy to my situation. The price is great but you’re getting what you’re paying for. I strongly recommend this being your last option. The “management agent” will clearly show you that they only care about receiving your money and not the safety of the residents.

Living here for about a year. Well maintained apartment complex with a good management team. The apartments are quite new and spacious. Very convenient for students of UNC Greensboro and NC A&T university. Both of them are within 5 minutes of driving. Finally, the downtown is very close and you can actually walk to go there.
