I have lived at Asante Apartments for 4 months. My kitchen sink has been backed up and unusable for 3 months and approximately 3 weeks. Some outlets are still uncovered and/or not working. Bathroom tub does not drain while showering. Toilet has to be plunged and flushed several times in order to flush feces. Only two burners on the stove work. The refrigerator is unaccessible.. The list goes on... The office staff is seldom available and after multiple phone messages detailing our issues...we are ignored. I am a recent graduate of Dallas Life and my roommate is a former employee. We were asked and encouraged to move to Asante as Dallas Life had acquired a partnership with them to house recent graduates and employees. Promises were made and none were kept. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVEN IF DALL

Asante apartments are awesome the manager Cynthia is really nice she's easy to get along with she's not prejudiced she'll sit there and listen to you and I have a special daughter she is the best manager we have ever had if you have a problem you can come to her I've lived here for almost 2 years we're on the bus route

Asante managers are awesome. Of course these apartments are older and not luxury apartments but you can make a home of Asante. These apartments are great for 2nd chances Management goes out of their way to help those get a place to call home again. They also have a program to help approved Tenants Get a fresh start with the basic needs of living for their place to call home. These managers fought hard to get these apartments away from crime. And they have did an awesome job. They have really cleaned up these apartments. Asante has security on-site the management is very hands on when it come to fighting crime and creating a family of community its up to you to be apart of it. .They do not Except selling drugs, risking safety, or violence and have no problem escorting people who indulge i

Horrible experience. They never fix anything. roach infested mildew and mold. I lived here for a whole year and they never fixed the broken window in the 3rd bedroom. They put over $4000.00 worth of rental debt on my credit and never fixed anything. AC never worked in the summer and the heat never worked in the winter time. Save your money and do not move here. They are a horrible place to live and will steal your money and then evict you for non-payment.
