I’ve been living here for about six months now and have truly loved my experience. The location is fantastic, everything feels close and convenient, with great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, which makes everyday life so enjoyable. The building itself feels secure, comfortable, and upscale without being stuffy. There’s a real sense of safety and ease here, which was important to me when choosing a place to live. The amenities are such a fun bonus, especially the golf/entertainment simulator, it’s perfect for unwinding or hosting friends. The units are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Asano on Fourth is a great place to live! Alexis was super helpful with guiding me through the application process and making arrangements for a quick move-in. The building is brand new, clean, and well maintained. The location is fantastic with easy access to Balboa Park, restaurants, and downtown and freeways. And the neighbors are friendly.

These apartments are located in a great area, with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, museums, two blocks of Balboa park. The buildings are brand new, with a modern and elegant design that really stands out. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it's a high-quality place to live that combines comfort, style, and excellent service.

Loud planes, construction across the street, the nearest coffee shop is located, well… within another apartment property, not walkable to little Italy (almost 40 minute round trip walk) which goes through areas that have tents (be careful), the property is also attached to a hospital so your building is attached to a UCSD medical center. Overall, 2/5. Pros: Friendly staff (two person staff, I think) The place is new and therefore clean, but smells like construction 24/7. Would be nice if they scent misters. The planes are hard to hear inside property but I will say, the whole point of paying so much for San Diego living is location so it’s sad that the solution is stay inside to avoid it.
