ASA Property Management

I got an apartment with ASA, they were quick and accommodating. I've waited 6 months to do this review. I've only had 2 maintenance issues. (One was a closet bar) Got it the same day. And my fridge was fixed literally the same day I made available on my request. Easy to pay rent, I love my apartment and the ASA staff. Good price and a super quiet building. And I have my doggy too. Clean, quiet, and homey. And my neighbors are polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

First and foremost, hats off to Tammie for making the move to Fargo that much easier. She was attentive, punctual and very informative. I am here for work from NJ, on a 3 year contract. I had looked at several properties in the Fargo area, either through Google or Apartment Finder, and it was disappointing to say the least. Either they wouldn't answer, were not available after I finished work to show a property, or were just hard to deal with in general. The property I chose was Prescott Place, on University Drive South. Shortly after signing the lease, I was given access to their online portal and app, (I was notified by both text and email) which was quite simple to download and register on. I was leavd at in this apartment in South Moorhead, MN when I moved out I gave keys to the office and they checked it, said me everything it's ok we will send you your deposit between 2 weeks or 3 weeks I said okay then send me letter to pay $1100. The staff office in this apartment very very bad people . Do not accept this apartment never and never give them money orders just your check for your name and make a copy!!..

This is the worst place I’ve ever rented in my LIFE! Each review I read I can honestly say I’m dealing with exactly the same issues, so many to list, However I have added just a few photos of what I have been dealing with and I have only been here since oct1. There was a review from a prior renter about the manager Natalie losing there money order. How funny cause Natalie tried to say she never received the rent for October. When I told them that this is a problem and this matter needs to go to court. Miraculously Natalie found the money order she lied and said the envelope with the money order was shoved in the wrong slot but what didn’t make sense is that the money order she gave back had not one wrinkle on it. If you are gonna have friends over for the evening, they better be on the lease or they will not renew your lease. Thats the nice of them because the eviction court would ask are you like 2? Is this a teenager only building? Wow. Me and disabled veteran roomate got a notice that our lease wasn't gonna be renewed and not to mention our garage was burglarized last month and we had thousands of dollars of tools and recreational equipment stolen. Yet no one sees this take place, but they catch my girlfriend staying with me on the weekends and she lives 2 blocks away with her own leased place. I can stay there whenever and they do nothing. Like an a g ult place of living. I am thinking these people our no good and do not care about you, me, or anybody. I don't even want to mention parking. Joke
