Arvada Green

I wouldn't move here unless you absolutely have to. They charge way to much for nothing. You will pay for pest control and never have anyone come in to spray. You will pay monthly for a package portal that you never have to use. I have reported multiple issues with maintenance about cracks in my bathroom ceiling. I have my neighbors hot bath water pouring into my tub and they have never done anything about it. The dishwasher wasn't put in right and they won't fix it. The toilet water runs constantly. Its a lot for a trash apartment.

I had a pleasant experience on my recent tour of Arvada Green. The courtyard was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering my questions about the lease terms and conditions along with many other questions I had that day. Thank you to the leasing agent for the tour.
