We have lived here for a year now. My experience living here have been great. The staff of the apartment have all been very friendly with us. I want to shout out Tina, who has always been there when we needed help. She’s easy going, professional, and personable! Mario on the maintenance is very speedy with his repairs. Kiara who now works in a different property but was working here when we moved in was very helpful. Lastly, they host fun events monthly -sometimes biweekly or more- for all the tenants to participate in. The events will have food, drinks, and rewards of all kinds! Thank you guys for being great.

I've lived here since 2021 and never felt compelled to write a review until now. I dropped a small box in a space behind a cabinet where I couldn't get it, and I was freaking out because I needed it back and all the maintenance staff were booked up, so Tina and Angela came up and tried to get it themselves. Just that would have been really nice on its own, but the determination with which they came at this project was just amazing! They brought ladders, grabbers, hooks, you name it. We tried everything and nothing had worked by closing time, so I had given up. But they hadn't! They enlisted the help of a neighbor who was able to disassemble the cabinet and get to what I had dropped down there. After a certain point, I thought it was gone for good. So dar the best apartment conplex i have lived in. I have been here for almost 2 years now and if there are any maintenance issues, they respond quickly and complete thr work well! They perform routine checks/updates on water heaters, air filters, fire checks. I have also not experienced any pests/bug issues either which was very important to me since I used to be a Pest Control Technician myself. They keep the facility clean and have people every day picking up any blown trash, and perform consistent grass maintenance, snow shoveling, blowing fallen leaves etc. They make sure the sidewalks are accessible which is great since we do have a decent disabled community here as well. Cockroach infested apartments If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. the office knowingly moved myself and my two roommates into a roach infested apartment and did not disclose that there were roaches everywhere and that it was going through treatment for roaches. We didn’t notice a thing, I’m assuming because they cleaned the unit the morning we moved in, but at night they started coming out from everywhere. When I say everywhere I mean everywhere. In the kitchen, in the cabinets, in the bathrooms, the rooms, the living room, on the ceiling, the counters, floors, everywhere. We were told by the bug guy that THEY hired that the office should have never let us move into the unit (G215). I don't know his name but he's has been very nice and helpful Always giving good info while fixing any issues I have. And I love the ladies in the office. They are all very kind, patient, and helpful. I like to stop in and give them a giggle for the day once in a while. We love this place and it's right where I needed to be.
