We are loving this place so far! The move-in was stellar thanks to Hailie and Amy, who made everything super easy. We also appreciate how quick and efficient maintenance is. Since it’s an older building with concrete walls, it is incredibly quiet—we basically never hear our neighbors. The common areas are always clean and smell great, too. The Pros: A fairly small community -- not many apartments per floor so you'll see a lot of familiar faces. This also means less foot traffic on your floor than typical apartments. Walkable Location --Easy, safe walk to Piedmont Park and Colony Square. Great Value - Internet is included (and good!), and you only pay for parking if you have a car. The Vibe - Giant windows, great views, and tons of natural light. Convenience - Mail goes right to your box

I have had an amazing time here. The staff are all amazing and lovely to talk to. Hailie and Amy are both bubbly and greet us with a smile everyday. The pool deck and gym are phenomenal, especially the squat rack and free weights. Its so hard to find an apartment gym that has an adequate gym that can facilitate any skill level, so I am definitely a fan. I love living here! I highly recommend.

I had many questions—ranging from security and pet fees to what day-to-day life is really like at the property. Residing at Arts Center Tower has been an amazing experience so far. You truly can’t beat the location—directly across from the MARTA station, walking distance to grocery stores and the BeltLine, and just a short stroll to plenty of restaurants and bars. Although it’s an older building, it comes with its perks. The walls are so solid that you’ll hardly notice you even have neighbors. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Maintenance goes above and beyond, always responding quickly and with a great attitude. Both the leasing manager and property manager are consistently kind and helpful, and they put real effort into organizing monthly resident events that are always a hit. There are plenty more positives I could share, but overall I’d say living here has been a 1
