Arts at Turtle Creek

This is the small town of apartment complexes! The property manager, Danyelle, is extremely passionate about her job. She'll recognize you and know you by name. Her, Charity, and John do a terrific job with the property and are extremely friendly; the team is always looking out for us and other residents! Danyelle organizes monthly get-togethers so that everyone can meet their neighbors. Any maintenance jobs that need to get done can be submitted remotely on the website and they are consistent with getting the requests fulfilled. This was our first apartment together and the 80s vibes mixed with a strong sense of community make this place a great place to live!

From the moment I moved in, the staff🥰Danyelle D has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the management team is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The property is well-maintained, clean, and peaceful. I love the layout of my apartment—it’s modern, spacious, and feels like home. There are also great amenities that make day-to-day living even better. I have lived at Arts at turtle creek for a year now. I have had great encounters with the manager Danyelle. She always manages to get maintenance out to the apartment. Whenever you report a problem or maintenance issue she takes care of it right away( but you have to report it otherwise she won’t know). Aidian the maintenance man does a great job and never leaves a mess ( like a few have in the past). It is a quiet small community.

I just re-signed my lease with Arts at Turtle Creek and I'm so looking forward to another year at this property. I moved into my unit after an unsolvable vermin problem at my previous complex, and Arts at Turtle Creek has been an oasis after living with a rat and other pests. Property manager Danyelle is a SUPERHUMAN who does such an amazing job at leading our community. She and her staff have such shining, positive, customer-service oriented attitudes, getting any maintenance requests or other rental concerns resolved is a pleasure, which is not my typical Austin experience. Highly recommend this affordable apartment complex.

Very happy with my time so far at The Arts. The complex is in a great location in the heart of South Austin. Ms Danyelle at the front office is always ready to jump on any issue and resolve it quickly. The neighbors around me are always super nice and friendly. What more do I need?? That's why I'm getting ready to renew my contract for the first time! - jddl
