Artistry at Bethesda Park

Living at Artistry at Bethesda has been a great experience. The maintenance team is super responsive, professional, and always gets things handled quickly. The gym is honestly like no other I’ve seen at any apartment — fully equipped, not with just a treadmill, but with multiple weight machines and well kept. I also love the outdoor playground areas for when my grandchildren visit, and dog park area, which make the community feel very complete. They also have a program called ‘flex rent’ that for when hard times hit, it gives you flexible options to pay your rent while at the same time building your credit history. I walked in with no appointment on a Monday afternoon feeling stressed and honestly with very little to no hope on finding an apartment that would fit my budget and needs. However, Ms. Kiara greeted me with so much kindness and professionalism she showed me the model unit, which I instantly fell in love with. Not to mention she was working the office by herself that day and still handled everyone with so much patience and professionalism. Even though she was busy, she made sure everyone felt taken care of. She’s truly an amazing asset to the company and deserves the recognition. I was a little skeptical at first, but I submitted my application today. I haven’t even moved in and I’m already excited!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Expect for the community to smell like marijuana (past 5pm) as well as your apartment. My cabinets, closet, and bathroom would be filled with the smell of marijuana to the point where I had to get the police and courtesy officer involved. Also, the stairwells were not cleaned even though I asked if they could come clean it. The place started looking like Halloween town. Artistry needs to hire a cleaner to clean the stairwells weekly like other apartments complexes do. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars instead of one is because the dog park was very nice. I will say the leasing office staff was nice. Also, be aware of the extra fees.

My experience at Artistry at Bethesda Park has truly been wonderful. The complex is quiet and you feel safe at all times, Stephanie and Ana are great!! They’re extremely friendly and very professional. Pedro is also very helpful and friendly. The apartment is huge compared to others in the market, I’d say if you have the opportunity to just go and take a tour you definitely won’t be disappointed.

I’ve only lived here for 2 months and I have lost power 4-5 times. Outside of my apartment is infested with venomous spiders. When I moved in, I submitted several work order requests and only one was fulfilled. The others claimed to be fixed, but are still broken (e.g. my window blinds do not open). Half of my emails are not responded to, the water pressure is abysmal, and again, 4-5 power outages in 2 months. The inside of the apartment is decent. It’s spacious and the rent isn’t too high, but I wouldn’t recommend this place tbh. Do better.
