I've lived in these apartments for almost two years and before the newest management company took over I would often tell people that shouldn't move in here, but now they seem to be actually trying to fix the place up. They still have a lot of work to do as far as mold growth in the walls and spaces like that but I hope that they can eventually get that stuff cleaned out. Anthony the manager here is a understanding guy that seems to really care. And the maintenance person Gerald is great. This is my honest account of what I personally experienced while living at this apartment complex. A smoke detector began going off in an apartment I believed to be unoccupied. I immediately went to the front office to report it—concerned there could be a fire. They did nothing. I followed up with a phone call and was told, “I’ll get to it. It’s on my list.” I struggled to imagine what could possibly be a higher priority than determining if there’s a fire in your building. Homeless individuals frequently sleep in the hallway. These pictures are not what the apartments look like. In my building there is black mold growing on the ceiling n also mold growing in my bathroom ceiling and my floors. Update- I have tried contacting leasing office of course no answer and no call back and left several emails. Now there has been so many homeless people in and out of hallways. But you guys expect for people to pay full rent umm no ty. You don't even fix anything that's messing up and have mold removed...bad business.

I recently toured Artista Apartments with Anthony and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The community is going through some upgrades and is looking great! The giant connect four and fire pit are going to be popular once it gets nicer out.

Truly the worst place I have ever lived. The photos they have posted are renderings and do not justly show what you would be renting. The property is so severely run down and I experienced frequent break ins to the building. I went a month without working heating in the dead of winter. Cockroaches. Persistent plumbing issues that resulted in flooding and my water being shut off several times without warning. I noticed mold very shortly after moving in, and reached out to management several times, both through phone and email. Nothing was done. Eventually my ceiling began to cave in, and still management couldn’t be bothered. I finally purchased a mold testing kit myself and sent it to be analyzed. The report came back with three types of mold, two of which were considered “black mold” v
