Living here was a regretful experience for me. For over seven months, I experienced an ongoing roach issue in my apartment that affected multiple areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Pest control was scheduled repeatedly, but service requests were often marked “completed” even when no one entered my unit. I was frequently instructed to clear my kitchen and move belongings for treatments, which resulted in living out of boxes for an extended period of time. The atmosphere here is genuinely quiet, making it easy to relax and feel at home without constant disturbances. The leasing office team are a pleasure to work with— pleasant and approachable. Francisco from the maintenance team is friendly and fixed the issues perfectly on the first visit. Overall, the combination of a serene living environment, a welcoming front office, and top-tier maintenance service from professionals like Francisco makes this apartment complex an excellent place to call home. I’ve been a resident at Artisan Station Apartments and I’ve had a great experience so far. The community is clean and well-kept. The office staff is friendly and always willing to help, and maintenance usually handles requests quickly. I really like the amenities and the overall location it’s close to everything I need. Parking is pretty easy too, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and hassle-free place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community.

I’ve lived in this small quiet apartment community two years, and I really like it! It’s gated and I feel safe here. The office staff is cordial and eager to help when I need their service, which includes the maintenance staff. I would recommend staying here.

DO NOT RENT. I have been a resident for almost three years. My experience has been horrific for the last year. They do not maintain staff. With the constant turnover they use it as an excuse for their lack of communication, by blaming a past employee. If you value your health and safety this is not the place. After a major water leak they have not responded to multiple emails or phone calls. They were aware and left water pooled in a ceiling light with active electrical. I had to ask 3 times to at least have it emptied after almost a week. They have not addressed the water damage that covers the bathroom ceiling and laundry room and is now growing mold. A violation of Georgia Safe at Home Act (HB 404). Their only action was cutting a small hole in the wall for it “to dry” as their solut
