I wanted to take my time to be fair and share an honest review. First and foremost, I’d like to recognize the outstanding work of Manuel. His patience and understanding went far beyond my expectations. He made sure every step of the process went smoothly, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. From start to finish, he was an incredible help. Candy — and my apologies for forgetting the name of the other lovely lady in the office — were always friendly and ready to assist. Candy, in particular, took the time to guide me through the payment process and clearly explained how the maintenance request system works. I also had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance team. My sister recommended these apartments to me she’s been here for 2 plus years and I can say manny is amazing will go above and beyond to help you but again don’t take advantage of him being nice !! The other lady’s as well help and always make sure all family’s engage when they have things for the complex , now maintenance is freaking amazing ! Always going above and beyond especially making sure property is super clean !!! Which makes apartments look amazing !! But some people can take advantage and just make it look trashy as well !!!

I just moved here about 4 months ago coming from a separation. Was very nervous to start living by myself but manny (apartment manager) made it super welcoming. Maintenance guys are super nice and always are very helpful and come Really quick. It super quiet here and peaceful. Love the activities they have for the community. I have never lived somewhere where everyone comes together! 💜

This is the best complex I've ever lived in San Antonio. The Manager (Manny) and staff always are there to assist and help. Maintenance guys are always on time and do repairs in a timely manner. Premises is kept clean. Everyone keeps to themselves but at the same time keep an eye for their neighbors. I'm so happy I found this GEM.

Absolutely disgusting, truly very bad services. There property mangers hits minors when the news got to the owner all he did was tell her not for it to happen again. They dont come and fix the problems the pool, and gym they show you is dirty to extreme gym was promised to open 3 months before I applied it's been a year and 3 months and it hasn't open up. And there owner after all didn't apologize for the damages his employee caused. And to top it off they tired to evict us right after they caused all the damages (single mother of 2) both children are attending school and we have no one PLS don't apply here it might look nice but it's truly disgusting how the Mance men you see smoking cigarettes everyday not come and actually fix emergency problems
