Artisan on 18th Apartments

I can't say enough good things about the Artisan on 18th Apartments, especially when it comes to maintenance! Freddie, the head of maintenance, is an absolute gem. His reliability and quick response times have made my living experience here so much more enjoyable. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a more complex issue, Freddie handles everything with professionalism and a friendly smile. It's comforting to know that someone so dedicated is looking after our homes. Highly recommend living here!

I recently toured here and I absolutely loved it. The management staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. I 100% planned to move here but I ended up taking a job that has me no longer moving to Nashville. I strongly recommend giving them a look if you are moving to the Nashville/Midtown area.

They provided outstanding customer service, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel valued throughout the entire tour. Great place to live for those studying or working at the universities. Great crew, especially Freddy who works maintenance. He's polite, works hard, is always quick to respond to work orders, and makes sure the job gets done right.
