Artisan at Lake Wyndemere

I’ve been living in this community for one week, and my experience has been excellent. From the very beginning, the Leasing Office team (Crystal and Amanda) has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and supportive. They assisted me throughout the entire process, from the property tour and application to helping me navigate some challenges during the lease finalization. The community is very well organized and clean. The maintenance team has also been outstanding. Every maintenance request I submitted was addressed and resolved within just a few hours. As someone who recently relocated, I truly appreciate the hospitality and efficiency of the entire team. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a resident at Artisan at Lake Wyndemere for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Crystal in the leasing office is always smiling and happy to assist with anything. The amenities are great, especially the 24-hour gym access, and I love spending time by the beautiful lake on the property. It’s an older community, but that’s part of its charm. There are lots of trees and shade, giving it a peaceful, neighborhood feel that reminds me more of living in The Woodlands than in a typical apartment complex. Highly recommend!

Corporate Review: I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in AL, GA, TN, KS, NC and TX. We recently had a client to lease and move-in at this property. I can not speak for past management, but I will say this property is "stellar" when it comes to communication and taking care of the client. We had the opportunity to work with Crystal Spain. Crystal, certainly goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible. They were available on Saturday/Sunday for key pickup and made sure our client got moved in promptly. Crystal promptly handled concerns/questions and there was no lag in senior management decisions, which can hold up the process. Love the location and sense of safety love the maintenance team and Jackie from office management.. I don’t know we get a new manager every 2 weeks. It’s been so lovely to live here by the beautiful lake. I do have a dog and he needs to burn energy but the pet park doesn’t reflect the picture in the brochure at all. It looks like a tornado touchdown and they have never fixed it or care to in the future. I’ve noticed people that don’t live here come with super large aggressive dogs and then leave without picking up dog mess. The only other thing I have to complain about is the carpet it’s 17 years old and I recently stepped on a nail coming out and I’m in a lot of pain. I have moved into these apartments 09/12.. When i say the process was so easy Mrs. Ashley worked with me through the whole application process up until the the day i signed my lease. When i entered the rental office she came out she greeted me introduced herself. I felt right at home then Let not talk about my apartment i have been showing it off to family, friends, co workers thats how proud i am. My neighbor came greeted me introduced themselves, i just felt soooo happy. This is my home. The community is lovely, clean, neat, and quiet. I just love it i know i made the right decision.
