Artisan Apartments

Wonderful staff! I have loved living here. We are very sad to leave. Ashley and Jordan in the office is always cheerful and happy to help. Apartment is well taken care of by the maintenance staff. As well as the grounds! I’ve never lived at a cleaner community. Only con is the Luxor. But that is carrier issue, not the office.

We lived here for four years and it ended in a nightmare. The complex has serious mold problems across multiple units in different buildings, and management refuses to handle it properly. Our HVAC system was contaminated with mold, and even after reporting it, they failed to fix it. We were eventually emergently evacuated due to unsafe conditions, yet denied fair compensation because the mold wasn’t “visible” on our belongings — even though it was spreading through the ventilation system. When they did attempt to “treat” it, maintenance literally used paper towels and bleach, smearing the mold around and spreading contamination onto our belongings. This not only made the situation worse, but it also showed complete negligence and disregard for residents’ health and safety. To make matters

In case anyone is wondering what it’s like to live here. See the attached photos. Since we’ve moved in, there has been nothing but issues. At first we had a magnetic screen on the patio door that apparently isn’t allowed (Which is fine). After taking the screen down we noticed a lot of gaps in the doors that allow flies, insects, etc to get in. Put in a work order, said it was fixed, and still have no changes. The trash doesn’t help the fly problem at all. They had a part on order for the compactor and ever since then, the bin has been outside, overfilled everyday. We find silverfish daily inside our apartment. I wouldn't say we keep the apartment spotless, but there is no clutter or environment to have them coming back. Well maintained apartments, grounds, and amenities. I wish the parking/street lights went off at night, it’s hard to get it dark enough to sleep comfortably.

I’m very disappointed with the service. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my apartment for the past few days, and despite trying multiple times to contact the office for help, no one has responded to my calls. It’s extremely frustrating and exhausting to keep reaching out with no result. The office staff seems completely unresponsive and irresponsible when it comes to addressing residents’ concerns. This level of service is unacceptable.
