Artisan Apartments

I’ve lived at Artisan Apartments for several months and have been consistently impressed. The building feels well-maintained and secure, with attractive landscaping and clean hallways. Management is professional and communicative — they handled my questions quickly and kept me informed about community updates. Amenities (fitness center, package area, and common spaces) are thoughtfully maintained and easy to use. Overall, Artisan strikes a great balance between modern finishes and practical, everyday living; it’s been a comfortable, low-stress place to call home. I want to highlight Gabriel from maintenance for exceptional service. On multiple occasions he arrived promptly, explained the repair plan clearly, and completed the work efficiently and neatly. I applied today with the help of Rachelle and Ray. Such awesome young ladies, they assisted me with my application and so far everything has been smooth. Excited to be a resident at Artisan Apartments, hope to hear back soon.

Update: 1/4/2026 We had a few items that needed repair for the New Year. Gabriel came to the rescue! He was quick to get working and even fixed something he noticed (not on my list). He is knowledgeable and fast and very kind. Thank you, Gabriel We had a few things that needed attention. Christian with maintenance was amazing, quick and efficient. Thanks so much!

From prior to our move-in date until present day, Rae has personally saw to the addressing of my wife's and I's needs and concerns regarding our unit. This is the kind of personal service that deserves recognition and should be rewarded. Thank you Rae for everything you have done and continue to do!

Magaly is an incredibly kind person and always willing to help. He has a positive attitude and a respectful treatment of all residents. His support makes a big difference on a daily basis and it shows that he really cares about people.
