Arthurs of Old Town

I cannot express how happy I am living here! I’ve moved every single year the past 6 years and finally I found a place called home. AOOT exceeds expectations with being super helpful from the start, literally from the day we toured this place. The cherry on top was moving day, it was a rainy day so they accommodated us by offering parking inside the garage so we stay dry and offered some help moving the items. Throughout the last few months, management has been so kind and responsive! The building maintains such cleanliness and all amenities are very accessible. In addition, Maintence orders get taken care of within 24 hours and the Maintence crew is so friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone, I can’t wait to resign!

I am an apartment locater with HotSpot Rentals and it is an absolute pleasure to work with Jamie, Crystal and the entire team at Arthurs of Old Town. I have toured the building with multiple clients and they are always so professional and an absolute delight to work with. I can't say enough good things about this spectacular building. Anyone would be so fortunate to call Arthurs of Old Town Home!

Management changes policies and then retroactively charges for their mistakes. The building is nice because it’s new but generally would not recommend living here. You can do better for the price. They prioritize policy over people, which generally isn’t great for the resident.

AVOID APPLYING. Communication is terrible. Had me pay $150 for application knowing someone else was applying and refused to return any of my emails and phone calls to this day. Will be disputing those charges.

Highly recommend this building!! Management and maintenance staff are phenomenal and the residents are great. The employees are very accommodating and so friendly. Moving to another area of the city but will move back if I’m ever moving back to Old Town! Will miss this place!
