Artfully Arranged Staging

Mia did a fantastic job elevating our space. She used existing pieces, as well as a few she brought in, to make the most of every room. We also appreciated how professional she was and how quickly she worked--she even staged around nap times, etc.! Our house sold before even making it to the market to a buyer who saw it the very day Mia staged it--the dream! We are very grateful for the fantastic work she did.

My realtor introduced me to Mia of Artfully Arranged Staging when we were looking to do a partial staging of our condo for sale. Mia was friendly, professional, and responsive, and her services were reasonably priced. We used her services for 3 months (the length of a typical staging contract), and she did a great job matching the modern style and color scheme of our furniture.

Mia was referred to us by our listing agent and she did a fabulous job of using our existing furniture and decorations along with her accent pieces and art to get the house ready for photographs. She was professional and on time and was able to manage the schedule such that she decorated just before the photographer arrived. We sold the house 3 days later after our first open house. We continued to use her styling in the house till we moved out because the house was now so much more functional with all the little changes she did :) Thank you so much, Mia!

We used Mia to redecorate and staging our 4 floors, 5 bedroom house in the heart of Lincoln Park. She is amazing, and absolutely a joy to work with. Mia observed our current setup, learned what we like, in 2 days she created a vision board for us. She provided invaluable guidance in regard to color schemes, furniture selection, carpet choice, paintings, and accessories. The final result is stunning.
