Artex Team, I'm writing this review to thank you for your quick response to my leak under the kitchen sink, from when I reported the issue to elsa it was just breeze I got a quick reply from the online ticketing system and updates with a schedule when the tech will come out to fix it, even a text reminder that the tech is enroute, Tom arrived same day, he did an awesome job fixed the leak and left the place clean, this is property management at its best! you guys are awesome. And i appreciate your service, highly recommend!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! UNSAFE, young women stay away. Had multiple thefts and an attempted break-in and management did nothing, not even providing security footage from the day, claiming it's "not their responsibility". Landlord has all heating on electrical so YOU have to pay for it. Expect $500-$800 bills all winter. The walls are paper thin, so even paying all of that for heat, your apartment will still be cold. Electrical and plumbing throughout the building is terrible and done incorrectly. It nearly caused a fire for me, and the professional electrician that came in to fix it was shocked at what a mess the electrical work was. The building is basically made of sticks and glue.

All were very professional. Always kind and quick to help fix any issues I had with my space. Will be sad to be losing them as my rental property management.

Almost a year my son meet you guys a unfortunately accident happened and we communicate with the staff and I have nothing but good things to say me and my family really appreciate you for understanding being concerned and understanding that things do happen in real life I couldn’t not got though this without you guys thank you very much for everything and looking forward on prayerful summer blessings. The key is things happen communicate and be transparent on what’s going there are some good ppl still around MsThankful!!
