Customer Reviews
I would like to start by saying that the management team is a solid group to work with. They do the best they can within the limitations set by ownership. Their door is always open when they are available, even while managing multiple properties. Shortly after I moved in, I smelled gas fumes coming from my bathroom sink. Management responded immediately and replaced the hot water tank. Maintenance also installed a chandelier that I purchased without issue. The unit itself was in good condition, and I had no concerns there. My concerns are with the owners/investors. This six-level building has only one elevator, and it breaks down regularly—almost monthly. As of today (3/2/2026), it is down again. The garage gate was in need of repair for months and was not addressed until there was a se
I’ve lived at Artemis for over two years and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The apartment is centrally located and extremely affordable compared to other properties in the area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and work hard to create a sense of community. I’ve worked closely with Keandria and Madisun and they are why my experience here has been so positive. Now, I’d be remiss not to acknowledge that there have been some incidents with the fire alarm and elevator (when I first moved in) malfunctioning. Although, the staff is always prompt in resolving the issue and sending out communication to residents. All in all, I would recommend this complex to anyone and I couldn’t be happier to be a resident here!
I’ve lived in this building for over 3 years in two different apartments. At first, it was great due to proximity to my grad program and there were a few bars and restaurants in walking distance. Everything has gone downhill since then, especially since new management took over about 2 years ago. This is NOT to do with the staff, they are always lovely and I believe do their best to accommodate residents. The maintenance staff especially are always very respondent and helpful. First, the fire alarm goes off at least once a month for no reason, sometimes in the middle of the night or multiple times. Second, the building has started operating short term rentals with absolutely no notice to the residents, I only found out due to a ring camera and lockbox being installed two doors down from my
Title: All Style, No Substance — Do Not Be Fooled by the Appearance When I first moved into Artemis, I thought it seemed fine. The leasing agent was friendly (though he’s no longer around, which now makes perfect sense). It didn’t take long to realize this place is all style and no substance. The water pressure in the sinks and shower is weak and was never fixed despite multiple requests. The gym equipment is in terrible condition — two of the three cardio machines have been broken for months, and the cable machines feel like they might fall apart any day. Security is a major issue. My locked bike was stolen from the parking garage after management failed to repair the broken gate for months. During that time, multiple cars, including mine, were also broken into. Residents were left to
I lived at Artemis for a year and a half and while it was over fine there were a lot of issues. The garage door is constantly broken and takes weeks to repair! Out of the countless times it was broken only once were we alerted and given a timeline of when it would be fixed. My door fob didn’t work for the first month I lived here - my building code didn’t work for the first 4 months of living here. Leasing agents came and went so fast and it made it difficult to get any response from anyone in management. They came into my apartment while I was out of town and t locked me out and after calling and emailing everyone i could the only person who was able to help get me in contact with maintenance to come let me in was someone who didn’t even work there anymore! Thankfully she was incredibly e
