Lived here during 2025, the property management and maintenance were always fantastic, acting fast and with a smile to help tenants. I always enjoyed putting amenities to use, doing barbecues by the pool, working out at the gym, and enjoying the co-working space. And the best part is the location, simply the perfect spot right between midtown and Wynwood, I'd recommend everyone to live at Artem!

Make it make sense - walked in for a tour today - I didn’t have an appt but for the front desk to say they do not have availability for a week and there is only 1 person working seems to be upsurd. Management needs to staff up if they want full occupancy and not turn people away. If you want to know why your not getting units filled this is the reason and it starts with the basics.

Lived in this building for 2 years. Definitely better options in the area, especially for the price. If you expect to get anything done with the leasing office after signing your lease, think again. I tried for months to add someone onto my lease, and for some reason it was nearly impossible. They would not respond to emails for weeks on end, and were extremely difficult to get in touch with during business hours unless you were there in person. I ended up just giving up after a few months. They also tried charging me more than my security deposit for the most ridiculous things. For example: Lint in the dryer, small oil splatter in the oven, no idea why the sink, barely noticeable scratches on a cabinet, full paint job for minor wear and tear. I absolutely love this building! The units are incredibly spacious, which makes a big difference in comfort and livability. One of my favorite amenities is the pool—it's always well-maintained and relaxing. I also really appreciate the 24-hour concierge service; it adds a great sense of security and privacy. The management team is outstanding—always helpful, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend!

Hello!!! I have been living in Artem since 2023. I was instantly captivated by the creative art, amazing interior design and amenities. The staff have also had a great impact on my stay. Jasmine and Alondra are always attentive to my needs and concerns. Also, the concierge staff with Emmy being my favorite go above and beyond to make sure the building is safe and secure. The maintenance staff, David & Alexis are the best! As soon as I submit a service request they do not hesitate to do their duty! Thank you to all the Artem staff for everything that you all do. I appreciate you all so much!
