Art Lofts at the Dayton Arcade

Moving into the Dayton Art Lofts has been an amazing experience. Tara, Amber, and the maintenance team all worked really hard to get me into my apartment, and they went above and beyond every step of the way. Amber was incredibly helpful and always quick to answer my questions, Tara made sure everything stayed on track, and maintenance took care of things right away. I really appreciate all the effort they put in — they did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

The apartments at the Arcade are well worth the hassle. Ms. Tara is amazing. She is always there to help me out. Ms. Amber is also amazing she made sure I had everything I needed to get an apartment. The apartment itself is very nice. I cannot get my little to stop slipping around on the floors because how much space we have. They are at the heart of Downtown Dayton, therefore there is always something to do.

I live here at the Art in a 2 bedroom with 4 children. I made a post 3 months ago about me being promised a 3 bedroom when I first moved in here when one becomes available. I’m very disappointed in to read that others have been told a 3 bedroom is available but since December of me communicating with Tara which I have on recorder her stating she has to move me asap, because I have to many children in a 2 bedroom hasn’t happened yet. A 3 bedroom just became available a few weeks ago right next to me, my neighbor moved. If that apart is given to someone I will sue. He going to look into how many people have been moved into one since I had that conversation and why have I been discriminated against because of a grudge. I’ve called corporate, no calls back. I recently moved into the art lofts. I have to give a compliment to the building manager Tara. With her professional assistance, I was able to make a seamless transition from my old place, which I hated. Into my new 1150sf apartment in the sky. the view is immaculate. I really don't plan to move any time soon. Tara is awesome, the other staff are awesome too. Thanks for allowing me to rent such a historic and beautiful place.

This is an amazing place to live. Awesome views and the building is really cool. This part of this city is really clean and safe. There is always a lot to do and it's always changing. The staff do an amazing job. Tara is always very helpful and friendly. The first thing you see when you come into the building is her smiling face. Living at the arcade is an amazing experience.
