My husband and I are CURRENT residents at The Art at Brattons Edge. We have been residing here for a number of years, while we build enough credit to buy/build our forever home for our children. Let me just start off buy saying, during our time here we have been blessed with a very spacious unit. Not only has the dwelling unit been a great place to raise our babies, but the property itself is incredibly beautiful and well maintained! Our maintenance (Sabino) here has always been productive and attentive, leaving no stone left unturned when it comes to the property and the dwelling units. We've never experienced long work-order times, and if there's an emergency he's very quick to come access & resolve the situation. Our current property manager is Mrs. Norma! Our dad's experience at Art At Bratton's Edge is excellent. The property manager Sandra is an amazing person. She shows extreme care to her work and towards the residents. Sandra is friendly, helpful, and always has smile on her face. Everything that we've requested to be taken care of by maintenance has been done promptly and efficiently. We and our dad feel safe here and would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I loved living here! Never had an issue and maintenance was always prompt for us. We also enjoyed how small the community was so it made it real easy to meet neighbors and get to know other tenants.
