What I've learned from reading the reviews: don't rely on the apartments internet, get your own internet. The neighbors might be annoying, big deal. The management staff may or may not be rude- if they are, whatever! As long as they do their job. You know what? Sometimes when people get stressed out by other people being jerks are idiots... Sometimes that stress leaks off on the next person and you just got to be polite and deal with it. Repairs taking a long time? One maintenance guy per 100 units seems to be the norm. If you learn how to do all your tiny maintenance by yourself, you'll have less issues. For big maintenance, get a physical work order sheet, the kind with the yellow and pink papers. So you can give one copy to the apartment, give one copy to the city or section 8 or whoeve

I moved in here when I was about 18 years old I was excited to be here seeing as it was my first apartment my first week there they started harassing me I had a person who was serverly mentally ill below me who they defended after she called the cops on me for walking in my own apartment 20 separate times I than moved units which they didn’t give me my deposit back from because they Said the wall had scuffs on it and had to repaint the whole unit when I moved I was over there maybe a month and they never gave me a notice and entered my unit for a “inspection” I was asleep in my own home practically naked when they barged into my room they never apologized or explained why they were in my home just said it was inspection I would never recommended this place to anyone and the front office pe

I moved here in February of this year and my family and I like it so far.The apartments are clean and the grounds are maintained.The property is quiet and we can actually sleep at night without hearing gunshots or loud music or obnoxious people!The outdoor pool is also clean and it's actually open for the summer season.The management staff are very friendly and respectful,they don't bother you as long as you do what any normal adult would do: pay your rent,keep your unit clean,and be respectful of your surroundings and neighbors.Viridiana,Nicole and Daniela are all super sweet and do their appointed jobs well.It can't be easy managing so many units/tenants but they do it! Great place to live and I've already recommended Arroyo Vista to a few people looking for a clean,quiet place to reside

Lived here a year and a half and haven't had any problems with the apartment or management. Small issues with the occasional loud neighbor and the onsite tow company can be a major pain but apartments are clean and well kept.
