Don’t waste your time applying here it’s fraud. Michelle plays the part she’ll try and help and it’s all bs. I explained my circumstances prior to submitting my application. She later told me I did not qualify. I have reliable employment and income as a school nurse. Credit 700 range and did not qualify. Michelle’s excuse was many ppl in the complex currently are behind on rent due to Covid and the owner will not take a risk on potential new tenants. This place is basically benefiting from individuals trying to rent a place by taking your application fees and wasting your time. Go spend your money else where. They rather have vacant apartments sitting around versus renting them out and use the excuse of Covid. Talking about equal opportunity. This is not the place.

Horrible experience applying for these apartments. Would give Zero stars if I could for the “Property Manager” Joanne. She is never in the office or in the mornings only until 1pm in the afternoon that’s if she answers the phone and confirms she will be in the office. I think that is why in yelp or when you google them it doesn’t says the hours they open or close. If you arrive with out notice you will hardly see her/anybody in the office. The times that we have stopped by to drop off documents you will see different men in her office/apt. You get lucky if she answers the phone when you call (you have to call multiple times for her to answer) and If she does answer she’s always driving. (I get the feeling she has a 2nd job as Uber driver but she’s supposedly picking up her kids or some kid

So recently me and my husband tried to apply here and it was such a terrible experience. Basically, if you don't have a 700 credit score forget about it! You will not get the place despite having a clean record, and also being able to pay for it. Our gross was waay over 3x the rent still NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Me and my husbands credit was in the mid 600's and no evictions! With a great rental history! A CLEAN BACKGROUND PERIOD! A GREAT record! We negotiated that since our credit is not at 700 that we would be able to pay for first and next months rent! Unfortunately it was not enough! This private owner is strict! I MEAN SOOOO STRICT with their applications. So, if you don't have 700 as a credit score, forget about it! They will take your 35$ application fee, tell you what you want and you wil

If I could I would give this apartment complex a zero star. They have bad maintenance and management. They even have parking issues inside the complex and outside since a lot of the tenants that has more than 3+ cars. On top of that the manager wouldn’t answer your call or text for how many days until they want to reply back to you. You shouldn’t waste your time trying to apply here since they will just take your application fee.

Apartment is very spacious & reasonably priced for this area. Community grounds are well kept & clean with a family vibe to it. I enjoy hearing the kids laugh & play in the court yard, but for the most part it’s pretty quiet around here. I love how this place is centrally located near a lot of shopping/eating areas, as well as being only one exit away from all major frwys (22/55/57/5). If your looking for something cozy & quaint, this is the place to be. Manager, lives on site. However, Michelle is very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable & most importantly, doesn’t meddle into anyone’s business. If anything needs to be fixed, it’s done fairly quickly (maintenance comes out on Wednesdays, unless It’s an emergency) My only gripe is laundry room is located on the tail-end of the complex. Othe
