This property is among the worst apartments for seniors. Management changes almost annually and that has allowed residents to violate the rules outlined in the rental agreement. Constant issues with people smoking in the units and constant issues with bugs. Some residents leave garbage in their apartment for weeks leading to foul odors and increases bugs in the surrounding apartments. Anyone looking for a place to live should avoid these apartments unless it is your only option. Management at all levels is basically nonexistent and unresponsive.

Used to be a good place to live, but seems the 'no smoking policy' is not in effect. Picnic tables for smoking are too near the garden chairs; tobacco smoke drifts in that directions at times. Seems the management is catering to smokers now, with a second picnic table, across the street, for smokers. Place seems to be trending toward accepting smokers rights.
