ArriveKC Apartments

This construction project has barriers that literally obstruct the view of oncoming traffic while turning left out of Baltimore Avenue. The company has ignored my phone calls regarding this issue and they have just put up this listing on Google, so hopefully they respond to this posting by actually moving the barricades on 31st street in a way that doesn't almost get myself and other people hit by oncoming traffic for another 6 months or whenever they finally decide to complete the building.

I think I was the first applicant to ArriveKC (before move-ins had even begun) so I can only speak to the application process and my experience working with the leasing staff — which has all been excellent! We had a great experience touring ArriveKC. Even as early as January 2026, while the building was still under heavy construction, the leasing team made every effort to show us around. We wore hard hats and high-vis vests, which was fun! It was clear that everyone involved in building this place was genuinely excited and passionate about it. The attention to detail was impressive. The leasing staff were so nice. They were always prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. We’re excited about being so connected to downtown Kansas City!
