Arrive Westborough

I lived at Arrive Westborough from January 2024 until around April 2025, but I moved out well before my lease ended because continuing to live there was seriously affecting my health. From day one, the unit I received did not match the model apartment I toured. The model had modern laminated cabinets and granite countertops, but my actual apartment had poorly painted “landlord special” cabinets and vinyl countertops. On my first day, I found a dead cockroach under the kitchen sink, and the sink pipe also burst. While this was extremely upsetting, I will say that the maintenance team was responsive and fixed issues quickly, which was one of the few positives. From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She answered all of my questions clearly, was quick to respond, and made everything feel smooth and stress free. We had an amazing experience with Sabine Etienne at Arrive today. Even though the office was already closing, she went above and beyond her work hours to help us view an apartment. She was patient, professional, and extremely kind, making sure all our questions were answered without rushing us. Her dedication and genuine care truly stood out, and it made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. Customer service like this is rare, and Sabine is a true asset to Arrive. I have stayed in Arrive from Feb till May-2025. Arrive has total 3 buildings (293, 295, 297). Location is very nice, so close to Walmart and Target stores. Few food outlets/stores are close by - Just walkable distance. Nice ground in middle of these buildings - Good for walk, playing. Indian community is there; Sai Baba and Krishna temples are close by (5 mins). ++++++++++++++++ Maintenance to be improved for better experience of residents. Have seen elevators going down (for maintenance) more often. Fire truck comes at least once/twice every week. Overall, stay experience is decent.

Sabine was very nice and patient with us. Excellent tour I ever had. She answered all my questions and was still ready to go above and beyond. I will recommend her. even the other staff, when I came in with my kids they were so welcoming. I cannot wait to process my application and call this a home. Thank you Sabine.
