Said they had EV chargers which is why I picked this spot but once I moved in to only find out they are “transferring management and are in it” so I called ChargePoint myself, found out there is power to the chargers/they work just fine, the building management just needs to give an access code…. still waiting for a code (and for which their excuse is still waiting for management to be transferred….) I hate being this person, but I’m so frustrated, my ONE criteria for moving is DOES IT HAVE WORKING EV CHARGERS. I’ve called the building and management about a 100 times and either no one picks up, the phone number doesn’t work/gets disconnected or I get “we’re working on it.” So until someone gets back to me with a solution I’m left with social media and reviews.

Arrive West LA is at a very convenient location, and the people at the leasing office are friendly. But they don’t provide after-hours lockout help! My door locked itself when it wasn’t supposed to, and I called the management, but they were unwilling to help, they said I need to wait until the office reopen in the morning, so basically stay in the hallway for the entire night, which caused me spending a huge amount of money with the locksmith and they didn’t compensate, and they asked me to pay if I want a new lock installed. But the problem didn’t start with me, calling a locksmith was the only approach that I had. Imagine if you have a baby that’s locked in your door, what are you supposed to do? I think the management should reflect on this and change the policy.

EV chargers haven’t worked in months. Management is completely unresponsive to the problem. What do they do all day? Maintenance is nice but their hands are tied. Do not rent here.

Terrible management. Never answer your calls or texts. EV chargers do not work, even tho when we moved in we asked specifically if they had chargers, they said yes but guess that was our fault for not asking for WORKING chargers.

My son, a student in Los Angeles, rents a part of an apartment here. He has had very poor response from management. A couple of months ago, he came home from a weekend trip and found termites in his room. They had infested the patio door in his room. Poor response, again, from management. They only just sent pest control in. He has been sleeping for almost 2 months on a couch in the living area, which he shares with 3 other room mates, upon the advice of an inspector who came in to look at the situation. He asked management for a rebate. No response for a long time, and they now got back to him to say no, because they responded as fast as they could! 2 months to address termites, when a resident has been asked to stay out of the area.... "As fast as" they could!
