Customer Reviews
Having resided in numerous buildings, I can confidently say that Arrive Wakaba is truly exceptional. The staff, led by Ariel, demonstrates remarkable professionalism and commitment. They make every effort to ensure residents find a suitable home, and their dedication sets this community apart. I highly recommend Arrive Wakaba to anyone seeking quality service and a welcoming environment.
I’ve been living here for almost 5 months and so far it’s been great. The maintenance staff is awesome, always on top of it and very friendly. Same for the management of the building. Everything is always clean and tiptop shape. Security at the front desk is great as well. I have zero complaints and really appreciate the location it’s at. It is near everything in Little Tokyo and a short walk to the Arts District and a Metro station (7 min walk to Little Tokyo/Arts District) for a direct train to the beach (E line to Santa Monica). Highly recommend it here!
was in for a tour. they asked to upload government issued ID online. government issued ID? for a tour? says it's necessary because it's their "policy", as if their policy is above the law. why on earth they are asking those personal information for a TOUR? when i asked the reason, the girl just kept saying "everybody does it before the tour" and that was not convincing at all. you should at least fully understand the reason your management need them. they have no right to do this. if i'm signing the lease contract, you do whatever you need; get my ID, do credit checks and everything. but collecting IDs for a tour is absolutely ridiculous. creepy as hell. huge waste of my time. skip this place
I had a great experience with Nelson. He was extremely helpful and professional. He helped fix the kitchen smell issue. He also took care of a clogged bathroom sink efficiently. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I appreciate his excellent service
Chris is awesome and is a huge help anytime I have a work order. He’s respectful, kind, and also answers any questions I have additional to what he was called for. I really feel at ease having Chris around!!
