I would like to thank the office manager Valerie Ruiz , she is very kind , helpful and welcoming, any issue that pop up she is solving it very quick with her big smile and let you feel you are always in good hands , I appreciate it a lot. Also I would like to thank David Brady the maintenance Guy , that fix everything quick , clean and taking care of I’ll the issues with lots of kindness.

Valeria is amazing, she helped us, showed us around all the complex and she explained everything we needed to hear. We love the place hopefully we can move in really soon.

We’ve experienced at least 3 separate water leakage incidents in our unit within the past year. Most of them were in the bathroom causing the leakage into the downstairs unit. While maintenance has responded to each request, the recurring nature of the problem suggests that the underlying plumbing issues have not been properly resolved. This has caused ongoing inconvenience, disruption, and concerns about long-term damage. The most recent one is happened today, tired after the work, and found out the bathroom wall was cut open, the sinks were marked “Do not use”, making the bathroom partially unusable. And no prior notice, my security camera captured the “visit” and alerted me first. If you are considering moving in, I would recommend asking management about the building’s maintenance h
