Customer Reviews
Apartment hunting in Chicago? Consider Arrive Streeterville. This area of town is north of the river and adjacent to Lake Michigan. It is quiet and clean and Arrive is one of the best places we found for our needs. It isn’t the newest building around and it does show a bit of “wear and tear” however, the management here is on top of everything. They’re friendly, fast, and attentive to all of our needs. We immediately felt like we made friends with the staff upon signing our lease. The elevators are quick, which is super important when you’re in a building with 40 floors. The amenities are second to none. We were unable to find any place remotely close in this price point that offered the amenities that this place has. The indoor pool is heated and open all year round. The gym is top of t
Avoid Arrive Streeterville at all costs. Management handled major building leaks and loss of heat terribly. 1. Heater went out 1/25 around 6pm and was on & off for a few days. Unit was uninhabitable during one of the coldest week this winter. 2. Apartments and elevators were flooded on 1/26-28 (water raining down from the elevators, leak from the ceiling into my unit and destroyed personal properties) 3. Many tenants complained about their flooded apartments (125+ affected units total!). I personally have NOT been able to live in my unit for over a week. The carpet was soaked, they sprayed a chemical to prevent mold which has a strong odor, 3 loud industrial fans running 24/7 for days. 4. When asked about compensation regarding this terrible incident, management offered $30 for the i
“Don’t just come home - Arrive” : 1. Apartments and elevators were flooded in the past 2 weeks ( I personally heard water in the walls, and many tenants complained about their flooded apartments). 2. Heater hasn’t been working in multiple apartments. 3. Limited elevators. Most of the time I had to rely on one elevator while me and other tenants forced ourselves in. 4. Most dryers in laundry room are out of service. 5. Package room operators are overwhelmed. They have improved recently, but the amount of packages exceeds the space, and they can’t keep up. 6. Printer hasn’t been working multiple times. The fact that such a minimalist amenity doesn’t function shows the quality of service here. Management, I’m sure most tenants would agree that we all deserve better compensation than D
I had a great experience working with Priscilia at Arrive Streeterville. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and followed up after move-in to make sure I was settled. You can tell she genuinely cares about her residents and takes pride in what she does. I really appreciated her communication and positive energy throughout the process. If you’re looking to move to Arrive Streeterville, I highly recommend asking for Priscilia!
This is to help anyone considering living here. Here is my experience, and unfortunately, it's mostly negative. Ill first caveat in saying this is a non-smoking building. I started living at Arrive in June of 2025. The day I got there, I've had nothing but issues with a neighbor who continuously broke the lease agreement by playing music astronomically loud all through the night, (they would literally play until 6-7 in the morning) where my walls were literally shaking, smoking that constantly seeped into my apartment. I reported the issue after a month of realizing this madness wouldn't end. I was told by the office downstairs I had to catch them in the act of this and report it then they could do something about it. Fair. Ok, so like clockwork, the neighbors did it again. I reported it,
