Arrive Stamford

My family and I have lived at Arrive Stamford for two years and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The building is clean, quiet, and in a perfect location close to downtown Stamford. We love the pool in the summer and always feel safe and comfortable in our apartment. The staff is amazing — Mike especially is super helpful anytime I had a question or needed anything. He has always made sure things were taken care of quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Arrive if you’re looking for a well-run place in Stamford!

Great community to raise a small family , amenities are well maintained. Staff is friendly.maintenance crew are efficient. Common area are clean , near everything .

The amenities are good - gym, pool, etc - never had an issue with those. The maintenance team is very prompt when resolving issues. The overall building is in good condition, although I'll say the garage door breaks semi frequently. I've never had any issues with the two units I've lived in and they're good quality. The current leasing staff is friendly but disorganized, honestly you get that with any company managed building though. The building is in a great part of town, free street side parking for guests if visitor spots fill up and its a 10 minute walk to downtown. Overall a decent livable experience & I would recommend it.

21 Days of NO HEAT in my apartment unit. I have been without working heat in my apartment unit for 21 days and counting. The apartment complex management staff communication has been deplorable. No one has returned my phone calls/voicemails and when they email me back they completely ignored my request for reduction on my rent. They have only offered me a tiny space heater that does nothing and is a fire hazard. I have been living here for 3 years and never have any issues until now. The management company and leasing office is not acknowledging the intangible losses and suffering I have endured from 21 days+ without heat. The manager at Arrive Stamford is the bomb.com. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are clean and spacious. My work orders were taken care of quickly 10/10.
