Living here has been a really great experience for us. The leasing office team is super helpful and always easy to communicate with. Everything we were promised when we moved in was delivered, and we never had to keep following up on things. Anytime we’ve put in a maintenance request, it’s been taken care of quickly and properly. The apartment itself is clean, the amenities are all in good shape, and parking has been smooth too. Heather, the building manager, deserves a special shoutout — she was amazing during the whole leasing process and still helps us anytime we need something. She’s always responsive and makes sure our concerns are addressed right away. I just moved into Arrive and I made the right decision. Management was extremely helpful, especially Brittney. She did everything she could to make my move-in at Arrive as easy as possible.
