Arrive Seaside I & II

I regret living here. The management at this property has been extremely disappointing throughout the over two years we lived here. During our time as tenants, we had to request repairs for our laundry machine three separate times. Each repair took nearly two months to complete, and it was eventually replaced with a smaller unit than what we originally had. The microwave was old and flimsy — maintenance repeatedly used glue to reattach the cover, which would come off again within weeks without heavy use. Our AC began blowing out black debris every time it was used. It took over a month to replace, and afterward they left a hole in our wall that was never patched. Our restroom door lock malfunctioned and eventually became stuck, requiring replacement. Our dishwasher frequently had roaches

That is a really nice place—so close to the ocean. I can ride my bike and walk my dog every day while enjoying the beautiful view. The staff at Arrive Seaside are very professional and always here to help. It is nice location as close to beach and to grocery.

I live at Arrive seaside II in Santa Monica and I absolutely love it. Everyone working there is really friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick and the apartment is newly renovated, clean and nicely structured. The rent is also affordable for what it is. The location is absolutely fantastic, with a 10 minute walk to the beach and many shopping opportunities and restaurants nearby.

Aaron was absolutely amazing to work with. He was responsive, professional, and made everything extremely smooth from start to finish. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, modern, and very well maintained. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and with care.

Arrive seaside is awesome we have lived in other complexes in SM and Arrive seaside has the homey feel but with the corporate amenity's . Nayeli, Ariel, and Lilly are awesome!!!! That's just the office! Nelson is awesome and always takes care of our maintenance like immediately! Great community great building!
