As I’ve said before, my experience at Arrive Michigan Avenue has been outstanding. From the Front Desk lobby staff to the leasing office to the managers — all have been efficient, accommodating and friendly. Special shout outs to Spencer, Rycki, Victoria, and Kenya.The maintenance crew is also excellent and personable, and a worker arrives at our door within hours of our filing a maintenance request. Package pickup is well managed. The five-year-old building is beautiful, with many amenities including a huge rooftop fitness center and a beautiful pool and pool deck. The rooftop (indoor and outdoor) is open to all residents, with breathtaking views of the lake and the Loop in the Sky Lounge. This is a great place to live — friendly neighbors, well kept facilities, easy access to transit — but definitely the best part of living here is the standout building staff! Everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming and takes the time to ensure you have a good day. In particular I want to thank Angela for always going above and beyond - I always look forward to seeing her at the desk when I come home!

Time really flies! I've been living at Arrive Michigan Avenue since January-25 and love it. The environment is excellent, and the entire team—especially the receptionists—make the building feel like home. Special thanks to Angela, Victoria and the crew for their exceptional help. The views from the 47th floor are amazing. Highly recommended!

Over the past four years of visiting this building to see friends and help create events, I’ve interacted with many front desk staff. Some are helpful, some are transactional—but Jazmyne has been exceptional. She doesn’t just ask, “What do you need?” She greets me by name, asks how my day is, and makes me feel genuinely seen and valued. The other day, she instinctively prepared exactly what I was coming for before I even had to explain it. That level of attentiveness—anticipating needs, going beyond the script, and offering personal recognition is rare. Experiences like that set the standard. They make people want to return. We’re all human, and kindness isn’t complicated. Jazmyne proves that making someone feel welcomed instead of processed is what truly makes service memorable.

I’m leaving this review to recognize the outstanding service of the Resident Coordinator, Jazmin. She is attentive, helpful, and incredibly considerate, consistently going above and beyond to ensure both residents and their guests receive a first-class experience. My brother has lived in this building for many years, and I have never encountered white-glove service at this level before. Jazmin is truly exceptional.
