Arrabella Luxury Townhomes

There are many things I truly enjoy about living here. The floor plans are spacious, I love having a garage, and my unit feels like a real home rather than a typical townhouse. On my side of the property it’s also very quiet, which I really appreciate. Danielle, Monica, and Kierra in the office are always kind, respectful, and willing to listen. Shoutout to them they are honestly the sweetest and kindest ladies! While I love all of these benefits, there are a few things I feel could truly improve, and they seem to require more support from Harbor Group Management. The grassy areas frequently smell like dog urine and would benefit from irrigation or regular rinsing. Arrabella Townhomes is a nice place for the price, but there are definitely things to consider. The units offer a lot of space at a great rate, which was one of the biggest positives for me. The community feels safe and I never felt uncomfortable living there. The location is also really convenient, close to Memorial Mall, CityCentre, and plenty of shopping and dining. Power outages were never an issue, which was a big plus, and the staff was generally friendly and pleasant to work with. That said, maintenance could be very slow and sometimes took weeks to fully resolve issues. The finishes in the units, like the cabinets, flooring, and overall materials, are noticeably cheap. We have loved living here for over 7 years. The office takes care of any matters quickly and professionally, and maintenance is always on top of service requests. We appreciate the cleanliness within the complex and amenities, and enjoy the quietness and safety provided. Shout out to Monica for helping things run smoothly, and quickly resolving any needs. This is a fantastic location and community to live in thanks to the management team!

I want to give a huge thank you to DeMonica for making my entire renting experience absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, even during the tour, she showed true Southern hospitality. She always has a smile, a kind word, and a bubbly sweet personality that immediately makes you feel at home. The application process was seamless and easy. When I moved in, the apartment was beautifully clean, the community was quiet, and any concerns were addressed quickly. They even have an officer on-site in the evenings who is available if you ever need anything. Maintenance comes out fast, usually the same day, which is rare to find. The location is phenomenal, the service is exceptional, and overall I give this community five out of five stars. Highly recommend!
